What data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Who controls your data
The data controller is HI-END DISTRIBUTION Agnieszka Zubrykowska, Szkolna 8K, 05-119 Jozefow, Poland, VAT ID PL7411777722, waste register (BDO) number 000575702.
For anything concerning personal data write to biuro@hienddistribution.pl or call +48 600 362 666. We have not appointed a data protection officer; such correspondence is handled directly.
What we collect and why
Contact form
The form asks for your name, e-mail address, subject, optionally the product your question is about, and your message. We use this solely to answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to point you to a dealer who has the equipment available for an audition.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps taken at your request before entering into a contract - and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence.
Providing the data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we have no way to reply.
Server logs
The server records your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address visited and browser information. This is a standard technical record needed to run the site and detect abuse. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Site security
The site is protected by Wordfence, which inspects traffic for intrusion attempts and logs IP addresses and details of suspicious requests. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Visit statistics
If you consent in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It collects data about your device, browser and how you move around the site. Without your consent, analytics does not run. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use two kinds:

You can change or withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings. You may also block cookies in advance - some features may then work less well.
We do not use advertising pixels, including the Facebook pixel, or any advertising profiling tools.
Who receives the data
- Our hosting provider - the company running the server that hosts the site and the mailboxes.
- Google Ireland Limited - if you consented to statistics. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
- Our dealers - only when you ask to be referred to a particular showroom, and only to the extent needed to arrange an audition.
We do not sell data and do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
- Contact form correspondence - for as long as needed to handle the matter, then for the limitation period of any potential claims.
- Server logs and Wordfence records - typically up to about a year.
- Statistical data - per Google Analytics settings, no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we process data on the basis of consent, you may withdraw it at any time - this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile you.
Sales
This site does not sell online. We take no orders, handle no payments and collect no shipping details. Prices are not published - the equipment is bought from the authorised dealers listed on the Where to buy page.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date shown at the top.
